日本“第六届封面女郎大赏”近日公布比赛结果，大赏得主为吉冈里帆，这意味着她在2019年1月至12月全部约1万本杂志中登上封面的数目排名第一！同时吉冈里帆也夺得20代部门的冠军。去年大赏得主大原优乃今年屈居第二，可惜未能二连霸，但她也获得漫画杂志部门的冠军。第3至第5位都是来自46集团，包括与田祐希、小坂菜绪、斋藤飞鸟，当中与田祐希得到娱乐杂志部门第10代部门的冠军。
其他部门方面，石原里美获得时尚杂志部门冠军，此外她也连续三年获得30代部门的第一位。小仓优香获得写真杂志部门冠军。
